Source | Emails - Kellie Warrington Citation details: 21 February 2018 Text: In part: "There are 11 Syron children, the children of Daniel Joseph Syron and Susan Hannah Clarke. There are only four registered births - Norah, Annie, Hope and Patrick .. all registered under Clark/Clarke as the parents were not married. Also the father is unlisted on these certificates. My great grandmother, Elizabeth Syron, born in 1902 was one of the unregistered children and from memory she was the only one not on the list. Most people have taken the list of children from the obituary of their mother, Susan Syron (although not married), where when filling out the death certificate or newspaper notice, Uncle Bob forgot one of his sisters. There are other newspaper articles where she is mentioned and I can confirm that she was part of that family as I knew her personally and two of her daughters are still living." |
