Note

Ann had a relationship with a young sawyer named Henry Ikin and became pregnant at 16 years of age. A son who was named John Chapman was born however soon after Henry Ikin moved on and had no further contact with the family. Young John sadly died in 1854 (aged 12) when he drowned in Cedar Party creek.
