Just back from a trip to UK and the National Archives, Guildhall and London Metropolitan Archives. Richard was apprehended at 108 East Smithfield which is at St Katherine's docks. He was living in the parish of St Botolph's Aldgate at the time of his arrest. He was sentenced on 19th Feb 1813 at Middlesex Gaol Delivery. He was in Newgate Prison until 2 Sep 1813 when he was transferred to the Retribution hulk at Woolwich, until 23 Dec 1813 when he was transferred to Portsmouth and ther Surry. The Surry and the Broxbornbury left Portsmouth on 22 Feb 1814.

"I found Richard despite his name at trial being misspelled Robertson and his age also incorrect (you can tell who it is though because once in the colony his name reappears as Robinson and his age on all future censes and such is corrected again too. He is also on IGI as William Chowne's father..."
