J. Le Mottee, was wedded to Mr Charles Coleman, Rev. R G. Knox performing the ceremony. Notwithstanding the early hour (8 a.m.) a large number of friends and well-wishers assembled, the Church being well filled. Willing hands had decorated the sacred place a conspicuous object being an artistically arrayed arch and pendant wedding bell. As a processional item the choir, conducted by Mr R. E. Callow, sang "The Voice that breathed o'er Eden" effectively. The bride, who was tastefully attired in white satin charmeneaus, trimmed with exquisite Honiton lace, crowned with bridal wreath and veil, carried a beautiful shower bouquet, and wore a gold bangle, set with diamonds and sapphires, the gift of the bride-groom. Mr C. J. Le Mottee gave her away. Miss Dulcie Le Mottee, bridesmaid, was dressed in Copenhagen blue pink, Empire style, caught up by a gold brooch, also the gift of the bridegroom. Mr D Moriss acted as best man. On conclusion of the ceremony, Mr R. E. Callow played as a recessional voluntary, Mendelsohn's Wedding March. Thereafter the wedding breakfast was partaken of in the private quarters of the Central Hotel, and the happy couple left by motor conveyance for Maitland, thence to Cooma, Kiandra, Yarrangobilly Caves, etc. Quite a gasp of admiration escaped those fortunate enough to see the array of beautiful presents." Note: It is interesting to note that the newspaper report has Dora marrying a Charles Coleman.
