"hello, I think you have a mistake with Amelia Haggarty. The death recorded in Randwick doesn't seem to be the right Amelia, her parents names are different, as is her middle initial. From my research it looks like Amelia had a second marriage to Charles Gallop in perth. From the Australian death index: Name: Amelia F S Gallop Death Place: Western Australia Registration Year: 1941 Registration Place: Perth, Western Australia Registration Number: 2487 I find the WA records hard to navigate but i'm fairly sure its correct.
