I definatly know that Emily Beatrice Phipps/ Roberts died at our home at Matraville around 1954,it was on my birthday My mother must have omitted to record her death. Re Fredrick W Phipps Your entry is correct, he married Gladys ? no children known. The second son of Josiah and Emily is

Edward Phipps/ twin. He married Grace ? All deceased. They have 2 sons, Ted and Fred, also 1daughter Ealaine, Living/ Cousins Re Paul W Phipps, I had no knowledge of him but also came across same info as you, Mum did not ever tell me, I would say the entry is correct though.

To answer your questions re the twins, There is only one set, Pauline and Edward Phipps, Date born not known but it would be around 1907 to 1911 at a guess. I believe they passed away in the last few years.

Nola Finlay remembers her grandmother passing away on Nola's birthday at her home in Matraville. This reference, although with a 1964 reference date, is the closest reference I can find for Emily's death being registered.

Bertha died 1975 June 1st at Kurnell NSW.

Alfred died June 10th 1963 at Wisemans Ferry NSW. I was present at both of their deaths.
